We thank you for your willingness to serve at the New Again Construction Essentials Store. In order to thrive we rely on both our donations, but even more, on our volunteers. If you cannot make the shift you’ve committed to, please call the Manager of that day. If you repeatedly miss your shift then we will review the needs of the volunteer list and make appropriate adjustments ensuring that the store needs are satisfactorily maintained. A volunteer will be provided with training and guidance, and will answer your questions so that you will be familiar with our shop’s procedures. Feel free to discuss any concerns you may have about the volunteer program with the Day Manager. All new volunteers will be on a probationary period for the first three months. After that time, there will be an evaluation by the Store Manager and Day Managers to determine the suitability of volunteering with the New Again Construction Essentials Store.
